60 Day Confidence Window
We believe in results — and we want you to feel confident trying Haura Lab. That’s why you have 60 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Yes, even if you’ve opened and used it.
If it’s not what your hair needs, we’ll take it back.
Just email support@hauralab.com to start the process. We’ll walk you through the steps and provide the proper return address.
Important: Returns sent without reaching out to us first won’t be accepted.
Can’t Find Your Package?
If your tracking says it’s been delivered but you haven’t received anything, don’t worry — we offer a one-time complimentary replacement.
Before contacting us:

Check around your entrance, mailbox, and with neighbors

Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early
Still nothing? Email us at support@hauralab.com with your order number and shipping address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Note: We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered, but we’ll gladly replace it once.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hauralab.com.
Depending on your bank, it might take a bit longer to show on your statement.
If you haven’t seen it after 15 business days, contact us — we’ll sort it out.
Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you placed an order by mistake, let us know at support@hauralab.com right away.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it.
Once it ships, we can’t make changes or accept returns due to incorrect selections.
Shipping Address Mistakes
We ship exactly to the address entered at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t make edits once your order is in process.
If an incorrect address leads to a delivery issue:
