Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping methods and rates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, contact us at info@hauralab.com and we’ll look into it.

Lost or stolen packages
Haura LLC isn’t responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We’ll correct it if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for an additional shipping charge.

Out-of-stock items
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund or a comparable replacement.
